Abby Mundy is a mixed media artist from Dayton, Virginia who explores her most complicated thoughts through imagery that’s surreal and often goopy. Her work centers around themes of existential anxiety, queerness, and the relationship between the physical body and the mind. She primarily works with oils, watercolor, fibers, and found materials. Recently she has delved into writing and illustrating original comics.
